Nexorgo provides marketplace tools for job seekers, recruitment agencies and companies. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, agency performance or job availability.

By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, misuse CVs or provide misleading business information.

Agencies must provide accurate business, branch, contact, verification and job information. Jobs must not be discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or abusive.

Nexorgo may review, reject, edit status or remove agency profiles and job listings to protect users or comply with law.

Job seekers choose which CV to upload and use. Agencies may access CVs only for legitimate recruitment purposes linked to the application.

Agencies must not sell, publish or use candidate data for unrelated purposes.

Free and paid plans may be offered. Pricing, limits, billing periods, taxes, cancellation and refunds must be stated on the pricing or order page before purchase.

Until automated billing is live, invoices may be handled manually by the business.

Users must not upload malware, unlawful content, fake profiles, spam, scraped personal data or content that infringes third-party rights.

You grant Nexorgo the limited right to host and display content you submit for operating the marketplace.

The platform is provided with reasonable care, but without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce a specific commercial result.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes should be communicated appropriately.

These terms should be adapted to your chosen governing law and registered company details before launch.
